Introducing the Head Chef of Meatsmith Little India – Chef Edwin Tan! As part of his introduction to Meatsmith, we’ve invited him to create his rendition of the perfect Cheeseburger. The result is an extra cheesey burger with a hint of spice.

Before coming onboard Meatsmith Little India, Chef Edwin has amassed over 10 years of experience across kitchens in hotels and restaurants across Singapore.
