This month, we’ve tasked our very own Chef Allan, Junior Sous Chef at Meatsmith Telok Ayer to craft his very own burger. Originally from Malaysia, Chef Allan started his culinary journey in 2009 and has not looked back since.

Deep Fried Breaded Chicken Breast, Scarmoza Cheese, Smoked Cheddar, Chilli Mayo, Pickled Cucumber and Iceberg Lettuce between Meatsmith’s Potato Buns.
