Cured for 7 Days in our Special Blend of Spices, Brown Sugar and Maple Syrup, our ‘Beef Bacon’ is then Air-dried for 24 Hours and Cold Smoke for 4 Hours, to Wlevate its Flavour and the Overall Taste of our Meatsmith Cheeseburger!
