Up next in our next guest in our Guest Chef Series – Chef Rishi Naleendra of Michelin-Starred Cheek Bistro, Cloudstreet and Kotuwa!

Inspired by Chef Rishi’s travels to Mumbai, his version of the Vada Pav, a popular Indian street snack, features Sri Lankan-spiced blue swimmer crab mixed into a spiced potato mix, a refreshing mint and coriander sauce, all sandwiched between Burnt Ends Bakery’s signature potato bun.
