Featuring Burnt Ends brioche bun, smeared with chilli butter, laksa sauce, and packed with Tandoori roasted lobster tail, crispy pork fat, topped with bean sprout basket grill, and laksa leaf-cucumber marinated. Served with a side of fried rice noodle seasoned with laksa leaf and prawn powder and a belacan aioli dip.
