Meatsmith Xpress and Audra Morrice presents the Smoked Spiced Pork Burger for our next Guest Chef Series.

Taking one of Audra’s favourite iconic Vietnamese street food, Banh Mi, adding a little extra heat to the pickles and smoking the pork till it literally falls apart. Then searing it to char the edges and finally smothering it with Audra’s Pickled Green Chilli Mayo. The result? You’ll have to come and try this lip-smacking delicious burger!
