Youthful, almost soft nose – pear drop, passionfruit, hay and hints of asparagus. The mouthfeel excites on first contact, offering spectacular richness and roundness, but simultaneously remaining light as a feather. Acid is not tart or green like you get in your textbook Sauvignon, but very mellow and balanced with the low abv. Gentle minerality on the finish. An easily approachable crowd-pleaser for those in want of an aromatic, crisp white wine that’s a tad different.
