Topper’s Mountain Tempranillo 2013 (300ml)

Nutty, red fruits, a little floral perfume. Medium-bodied, hazelnut, a bit of classic Tempranillo earthiness, gentle gummy tannin, some spice in with boysenberry and a lick of tannin and saline flavour on a solid finish. So smashable. Lovely wine. You can taste the New World style for sure, but the grape variety has an unmistakable accent here.
