Some burgers are too good to leave in the past. After becoming one of the creations guests kept asking to see again, Chef Eddie Goh, Head Chef of Meatsmith, is bringing the Marmalade Cheeseburger back.
At its heart is everything Meatsmith does best: a beef brisket patty stacked with a beef marmalade patty and bacon, layered with American cheddar, house pickles and burger sauce, all held together in a house-made potato bun.
Rich, smoky and savoury, it is a burger built firmly around Meatsmith’s love of beef, barbecue and big flavours. And this time, its return comes by popular demand.
