This February, we’re bringing a kick of spice with our Burger of the Month: The Humpty-Doo Barra Burger! Created by James Loveridge, Head of Projects & Development at Burnt Ends Hospitality Group, this burger is inspired by his roots in Humpty-Doo, a town in Australia’s Northern Territory. Featuring a crispy fried Barramundi patty, tangy green pea tartare, and crunchy spiced slaw, it’s packed with bold flavours and a touch of nostalgia.
