Neil Claudio, Head of Beverage at Burnt Ends Hospitality Group, brings together the breakfast he loves with the bold, drink-inspired flavours he’s known for.
“Brupper” says it all, a mash-up of breakfast and supper, built the way he likes it. A juicy beef patty, smoked cheese, rocket, and an over-easy egg come together with flavours inspired by what he drinks. Guinness runs through the bacon jam, while bourbon fat-washed with smoked butter, using the same technique behind our smoked Old Fashioned, give it that rich, smoky edge.
