Pale lemon-green in the glass. Quite aromatic – steely, lime notes with whiffs of green mango and melon. Extremely lean on the palate, almost green. High acid, with solid depth and fruit concentration to hold up the whole structure and give more excitement to the wine. Long, juicy finish.
