Woods Crampton ‘Old John’ Shiraz 2017

Sourced from the Barossa Valley (78%) and the Eden Valley, this red wine is a blend of 86% Shiraz and 14% Bonvedro grape varieties. Poured in a glass, it flaunts a crimson-red colour. The bouquet emanates dark berry, exotic spice and subtle wild forest floor aromas. A sip of the drink reveals dark berries, blood plums and liquorice followed by exotic spice along with subtle wild herb flavours on the back palate. The finish is complex and fresh. You may pair it with lamb or beef dishes.
