This June, we are thrilled to showcase our new Guest Burger of The Month – The MTK Burger, specially crafted by our General Manager of Burnt Ends Hospitality Group, Thomas Koh! Placed between our signature house-made toasted potato bun lies a crispy smoked pork ribs patty, generously smothered in ‘Xin Jiang’ sauce. Topped with spicy aioli sauce, and finished with a refreshing kelp and cucumber salad.
