Nestled between our signature house-made potato buns lie a succulent venison patty, generously topped with smoked barbecue sauce. Enhanced by a medley of flavours including savoury mushroom jam, creamy aioli, melted cheese and crisp lettuce – giving each bite a burst of freshness. Finished with tangy pickled cucumber and a hint of heat from jalapeños.
